Hi Folks,

We had our first Skills Development and Improvement practice yesterday and we had thirty-two (32) players come out.  Thanks to each and everyone of you for braving a very hot day and attending.

It was great to see twenty (20) of our players from last years team return, and equally exciting to meet twelve (12) new players…I’m excited about this wonderful start.  We had girls from grades 3rd-8th represented, (and rumor has it we may have our first 2nd grade player trying her hand at lacrosse…wow!!!)

We will be practicing on Monday’s and Thursday’s so please pass the word to your friends and neighbors.  I’m looking forward to seeing more of you on Thursday, and meeting more of our new players and parents!

Please remember to THANK Kelsey Fearing, Ryan and Cori Dannemiller, and Ed Ward for the invaluable help they extended to our girls yesterday.  It’s always amazing to have wonderful help with our players.  I appreciate them so much.

NOTE: Starting next Tuesday, August 14th (4:00-5:30) and repeating every Tuesday until September 25th, I’d like to work with ANY and ALL girls who are interested in learning the position of Goalie.  These TuesdayClinics are FREE!

It would be great to have a goalie from every grade represented on the team.  Please join us and develop your skills for this very specialized position.  Please let me know if you are interested in attending so I can make sure we have enough Goalie Sticks and Equipment!! Both of our Varsity Goalies from last season have gone to Franklin HS so we need Varsity and JV Goaltenders for the coming spring season.

Once again, thanks to each of you for all you do to make our program a success for each of our players!!

Go Arrows!!  Play Hard!!!

PS  Remember it’s hot out there so make sure your daughter(s) bring enough water or sports drink to last for each entire practice session…thanks, again!
